Mathubesizwe Radebe CA(SA)
Mathubesizwe has experience in a wide range of financial services. He has extensive audit experience particularly in the mining industry, have audited clients such as BHP Billiton SA, Samancor, Sasol, National Petroleum Refiners of SA(NATREF), AngloGoldAshanti’s Yatela mine in Mali in West Africa and Kinross Gold Corporation in Toronto, Canada, Resilient Property Income Fund and Supergroup among others.
Mathubesizwe has extensive experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) implementation and audit. He has extensive business development experience, having been involved in the founding and successful operation of other successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Mathubesizwe hold a B. Acc from University of the Free State and a B Com.Acc (Hons) from University of Johannesburg and completed his articles at KPMG in Johannesburg. His is a registered CA(SA)
Lubabalo Swana CA(SA)
Lubabalo has experience in a wide range of financial services. He has extensive audit experience particularly in the mining industry, have audited clients such as Ridge Mining, Eyesizwe Coal, Ingwe Coal, Namakwa Diamonds, AngloGold Ashanti’s Yatela mine in Mali in West Africa and Forest Oil Corporation in Denver, USA.
Lubabalo has also served as Chief Financial Controller of Compass Insurance. In this role he was both head of finance and internal audit for an insurance company with premiums above a billion rand.
Lubabalo also has corporate finance experience, having worked in the Corporate Advisory division of Africa Vukani (Pty) Ltd, where some of his experiences include working on the transaction advisory team of the City of Johannesburg’s PPP roll out. He also has experience as a facilitator in the Municipal Certificate Programme in Management Development with Private Public Partnerships and Cost Management and Capital Planning as his lecturing specialties.
Lubabalo holds a B Com and an H.Dip.Acc from Wits University and completed his articles at KPMG in Johannesburg. He is a registered CA (SA) and a registered Auditor.
Yu Pei Huang CA(SA)
Yu-Pei has extensive audit experience having worked on clients such as Discovery Health, ACE Insurance Company, Capital Alliance Life, ABSA Insurance Company (Bancassurance), RMB Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, Cadiz Stock Broking (Pty) Ltd, Liberty Active Insurance Company, (100% subsidiary of Liberty Holdings), American Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia. USA, Trans Vaal Electric (ACDC mine motors), Nkosi’ Haven and Nkosi Johnson Aids Foundation, Regent Insurance Company among other. Yu-Pei has experience in performing Sarbanes Oxley audits.
Yu-Pei has extensive government reporting experience, having worked as Group Reporting Accountant at Transnet Limited. He has also worked as Project Accountant at the Gauteng Fund Project Office
Yu-Pei holds a BCom and BCom (Hons) from Wits University and completed his articles with PWC in Johannesburg. He is in process of completing CFA level 3 and is a registered CA(SA)
Dumo Mbethe CA(SA), CISA
Dumo has extensive experience advisory, external audit, IT audit. And the financial services industry Dumo has worked on a wide variety of clients including Liberty Life, Discovery, Rand Merchant Bank; Assupol Life, Cardiff Pinnacle Insurance, Rand Merchant Bank Structured Insurance, Sun International and DHL International amongst other clients. He has also worked for on an assignment with JP Morgan Cazenove whilst on secondment in London.
Dumo holds a B Com (Information Systems and Financial Accounting) from Wits University, a B Com (Hons) from the University of KZN and completed his articles at PWC in Johannesburg. He is a registered CA(SA) and a registered Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) |
