Bonani Chartered Accountants is a financial services firm that provides a wide range of financial services ranging from audit to taxation and financial advisory services.
The name Bonani is derived from the Zulu phrase “Bonani naku ukukhanya kuza” which means “Behold, here comes the light”. Through our commitment to excellent service, we intend to provide financial clarity for your business, which will enable you to run your business better and more effectively.
Our unique blend of skills and expertise enables us to provide services to a wide range of clients ranging from large corporate entities to Small Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) and a wide range of Government entities.
The Bonani Chartered Accountants group comprises of two separate entities. Our assurance services are provided through Bonani Chartered Accountants Incorporated which is a company registered as contemplated in Section 53(b) of the Companies Act of 1973. Bonani Chartered Accountants Incorporated is registered with the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA).
All our non-assurance services are provided through Bonani Chartered Accountants Pty (Ltd) which is a private company registered in terms of the Companies Act of 1973. |
